Doctors of this practice make home visits when medically indicated, generally within a 3 km radius of the surgery.
We encourage patients to attend the clinic if possible as the diagnostic and treatment facilities are far more extensive on site. Home visits may attract a consultation fee.
If you believe that your condition necessitates this, please call the practice to discuss with a receptionist.
You may request repeat prescriptions without an appointment if your doctor has agreed to do this.
If your last consultation was more than three months ago you will need to make an appointment with your regular doctor (there are exceptions to this as some medications require an appointment).
We require 48 hours’ notice for repeat prescriptions.
A fee of $15 is charged for repeat prescriptions.
Faxed prescriptions are $20.
Medical certificates are legal documents. They are available only if you are present for a consultation with one of our doctors, we cannot issue medical certificates without you actually seeing the doctor, and we are not permitted to issue certificates retrospectively.

The surgery has a recall system that enables us to inform you, should the doctor consider it necessary to see you regarding test results or follow up procedures etc.
